I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, spacious rooms and luxury facilities. The view of the city from my room was breathtaking, and I even caught a glimpse of the Popocatepetl volcano in the distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the convenient location with easy access to transportation and parking.

Finding the hotel was extremely challenging, especially at night, as directions were inaccurate and it was difficult to locate.

The hotel had a fantastic view of a majestic mountain, and the rooms were clean and spacious. the staff was very nice and helpful when we had trouble finding our way to the property. They escorted us to the hotel, which was located in a secure area.

We had a difficult time finding our way because the area was poorly marked, and our GPS was no help. Even with the coordinates provided, we ended up getting lost for hours.
